Terms and Condition

1) The Subscription Fees to our Services consist of an initial registration charge for a lifetime period as agreed to by you.

2)By clicking an online acceptance button or by executing a separate agreement for services that references these Terms of Use, you consent to be legally bound by all the terms and conditions under this agreement.

3) You must be 18 years old or over to register as a CUSTOMER.

4) The charges for services are invoiced in advance. You expressly authorize us to issue electronic invoices for the Services.

5) For different services, different service charges are levied, The prices for the Services include GST and any other taxes, as applicable.

6) Payment of the Services is to be made by credit card, debit card UPI or Net Banking.

7) You have fully understood and read all the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement mentioned herein payment once made for registration or services charge shall not be refunded any circumstances.

8) TGSPL will always offer and intend to give the best services and fulfill all your requirements as soon as possible but due to various factors we do not guarantee time bound for the services which you have opted for neither we take any guarantee for the completion of your requested service in certain time duration.

9) Customer will indemnify and hold TGSPL harmless from any claim brought by third parties relating to the Customer’s use of the TGSPL website. The Customer must defend and pay all damages and costs (including legal fees) arising from such claims. The Customer must immediately notify TGSPL of any claim or potential claim, within the Customer’s knowledge, involving the Customer related to the TGSPL website. Failure to do so gives TGSPL the right to defend such claims at the Customer’s sole cost and expense.

10) TGSPL reserves the right, at its discretion and without notice, to automatically filter, disconnect and/or deny access to any Customer who violates this policy.

11) Notices to the user of the TGSPL website may be made via email, fax, or regular mail.

12) All our transactions are online of whatsoever nature. we do not accept or encourage CASH OR THIRD PARTY transactions’. All service charges should be paid through online mode and in favor of M/s TVED GLOBAL SERVICES PVT LTD only.

13) All disputes are subject to Thane’s jurisdiction only.
